All goods leave Eloisa.nz in perfect condition so if your goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.

 

Ensure that your address is correct as we will not be responsible for any re-shipping charges if your goods return to us due to an incorrect address.

Damaged & Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us section or Instagram.

 

Please note that we will not provide an exchange or refund for items that are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse not related to the manufacture of the item. We also do not offer refunds for 'Change of Mind' purchases. 

 

All items must be returned in appropriate packaging in original state in the case that a refund is appropriate.
